Return Policy


Are you not fully satisfied with your order? You don't really have to worry because we at Style Lockers offer a 30 days return offer on our products. If you feel that the wrong size, color, etc., are delivered to you, we will encourage you to return the product and get your payback as customer satisfaction is our website's primary goal.

 

Although the policy is backed with some requirements listed below, please go through every detail to get the right guidelines for returning your product.

  • The item(s) should have the tags and must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The item(s) should be in its original condition and must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

 

We will, however, not return the product(s) that are:

  • Not directly bought from our website.

 

Style Lockers reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item fails to comply with its Return Guidelines. We guarantee that our products are free from defects in production. If the product you are getting is faulty and damaged, we will accept the item for inspection, and if it is validated as defective, we will provide you with a full refund.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds to the same mode of payment initially employed for the transaction shall be made within 5-7 business days. The refund times are determined by the issuing bank and are beyond our control. You may contact your bank for further information regarding this. Please note that we will not offer refunds via cash or cheque.

There will be no extra fee for the returned item(s). Style Lockers will not provide refunds for items damaged due to failure to obey Wash Care instructions according to the wash care label. If a product that does not adhere to our Returns Policy is returned, we shall not approve the refund and process it. We retain the right not to return a product, not conforming to our Returns Policy. If you are unsure of the legitimacy of your return, please contact our customer service team.

 

 

Damaged Product(s) during Shipment

 

You may contact our customer care team if you receive a damaged or defective product on arrival. Style Lockers gives you the right to a full refund on any product that may arrive damaged at the time of shipment. You will, however, need to inform us on the same date as the package received. We will assess the product(s) that you have claimed to be damaged, and after assessment, if your claim is validated, we will approve the payback.
