All orders are processed within 2 to 3 days. Orders are not delivered or shipped on weekends or on holidays. At times we face a high volume of orders, so in such cases shipments may be postponed by a couple of days. Also, you should know that the delivery time may also get affected in circumstances like these.

We are doing our hardest to get orders out of the door quickly and we are going to do the best we can for your special order. We will alert you via email or by phone in the unlikely event of a major delay during the delivery of your shipment. You are our priority and we will do everything possible to deliver your order to you.

All orders put on our website must proceed, through both the bank verification process before the order is accepted.  Your order will be sent immediately with the verification process,  otherwise, your balance will be refunded to you within 24 to 48 hours and you will be contacted by phone or email.

Orders are handled as rapidly as possible and for this reason, we suggest that you provide us with a right and full shipping address. Always pay attention and double-check while filling in your mailing address and billing address. 

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. We apologize if an order gets stranded on customs, sent back, or even misplaced during the delivery process! The postal service is completely out of our control. Nonetheless, in situations such as this, we can give you a new package with quicker delivery and complete monitoring, if possible, because the shipments are insured.
